Well Medical Arts is Seattle’s #1 Bellafill injector with years of experience using Bellafill, the longest lasting dermal filler.

Considering a facelift but don’t want the risk or the downtime? Consider the Non Surgical alternative, the non-surgical liquid facelift using Bellafill.

At Well Medical Arts our very own Dominique Well has elevated the art of the Liquid Facelift to her own very exacting standards. The Well Lift is the latest in the evolution of Non Surgical Cosmetic procedures.
The Well Lift is a facial rejuvenation treatment using both a combination of Botox and injectable dermal fillers. It has been referred to as the Liquid Facelift because although surgery is not involved, the treatment does lift the facial tissues and reduces wrinkles. Instead of just filling the wrinkles we are treating the cause of them. We use long-lasting collagen stimulating fillers to replace lost volume in the temples, tear troughs and cheeks, which gently lifts the lower face. By only replacing what you have lost and stimulating your body to make its own collagen we can achieve a very natural look.

Bellafill Treatment Kits are available at Well Medical Arts in Seattle.

Bellafill Treatment Kit

Bellafill comes in 5 syringe treatment kits that are designed to give corrective results. Beginning at the age of 35 we loose 1 teaspoon of bone and fat per year. Each teaspoon lost is the equivalent of 5 syringes of dermal filler. No matter what stage of life and volume loss you find yourself in we can help get or keep you where you would like to be.

Changes in facial fat pads as we age contribute to a sagging face. When we replace the lost volume of fat with dermal fillers we can restore a more youthful appearance.

Above is an illustrated example of how we loose fat in our face as we age. Restoring lost volume with Bellafill will result in a more youthful appearance and fill a “deflated” face, tightening sagging skin.

How we use the combination of Botox and fillers to achieve the Liquid facelift.

How we use Botox

Botox is used primarily on “dynamic” wrinkles: forehead lines, between the eyes and around the eyes. When used on the forehead, Botox is more effective than a forehead lift at erasing stuborn lines.

Between the eyes: Botox will achieve a lift of the brows almost similar to the results of a brow lift.

Around the eyes: Botox in the crow’s feet area will achieve results at erasing lines that no facelift or brow lift can achieve. In fact, there is no surgical procedure that can address the crow’s feet.

Around the chin: Botox can be injected into the chin area to get rid of the horizontal line below the lower lip. Botox can also be used to lift the corners of the mouth. Once again, no surgical procedures can address these issues.

How we use Fillers

There are a variety of fillers available, depending upon the goal. We use a combination of short term bio-degradable fillers and longer lasting collagen stimulating fillers.

Thicker fillers such as Radiesse and Juvederm Voluma can be used to “lift” the cheeks or to create higher cheek bones. They can also be used on the lateral part of the brows and temples to achieve a lift, or in the lower portion of the face to hide the jowls. When fillers are used to achieve volume replacement or enhancement in the temporal areas and mid-cheeks, the results lift the face.

The thinner fillers are used for fine lines or wrinkles around the mouth and, most commonly, for lip enhancement. Filers may also be used after Botox if the “11” lines between the eyes are not gone completely. Fine lines on the cheeks can be treated with the thinner fillers as well.

To achieve best results, the thicker fillers are used first for lifting the tissues, followed by the thinner fillers to refine the skin.

What Downtime Can I expect?

One of the main advantages to using Botox and dermal fillers is that there is minimal downtime as compared with surgical procedures.  Some swelling or bruising can be expected for up to a week following treatment with fillers, while some patients walk out looking as if they had not ever had a needle injected.  We have many protocols to minimize the occurrence of bruising and swelling yet sometimes with all the precautions in the world it can still happen.
