MEDICAL ASSISTANT

An innovative Anti-Aging and Aesthetics practice is searching for a highly qualified Medical Assistant to join our team. We specialize in minimally invasive cosmetic procedures including, injectables (neurotoxin and dermal fillers), PRP, IPL pigment correction, tattoo removal, fractional skin resurfacing, CoolSculpting, HydraFacial, chemical peels and more. In addition to aesthetics we offer cutting edge wellness, hormone replacement and weight loss services using the latest in innovative technology and techniques to customize treatment plans for our patients. 

We are currently seeking a qualified Medical Assistant to join our team. This is an amazing opportunity to join an innovative practice that will challenge and inspire you. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Prepare patients 
  • Patient consultations 
  • Medical Photography 
  • Pre and post procedure education
  • Stocking and inventory of all backbar items
  • Working with Medical Director to ensure consistent adherence to care standards and treatment protocols. 
  • Perform medical administrative office tasks as needed, have the ability to quickly adapt in a busy work environment and multi-task.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of, believe in and promote the health benefits of all of our products, treatments and procedures available to our clients.
  • Perform quality assurance calls. Help develop programs and protocols as new treatments and technologies are implemented.
  • Perform all job duties in strict accordance with clinic policies, procedures and standards.

Applicants must have a professional attitude with great interpersonal skills and an enthusiastic demeanor. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Posses a current Medical Assistant license in the State of WA 
  • Experience assisting non-invasive esthetic procedures – a minimum of one year experience.
  • Working knowledge of esthetic injectable products and services. 
  • Highly presentable with exceptional customer service and sales skills. 
  • Positive attitude; self-motivated, flexible and enthusiastic.
  • Demonstrate ability to be a part of a team in a wellness-based culture.
  • Motivated to work with and be the best in the industry.

COMPENSATION: 

Compensation is dependent on experience. We offer a generous pay structure with health insurance, 401K and profit sharing.

MEDICAL SPA RECEPTION/ ADMINISTRATOR

Well Medical Arts in West Seattle is currently seeking a highly qualified Front Desk Associate-Administrative Assistant. This is an amazing opportunity to contribute to a small but growing business in the wellness and esthetic services industry. This role is great for a technologically inclined candidate who is organized and motivated to perform administrative tasks while providing top-notch customer service to our clients. Our ideal candidate will be professional, enthusiastic and motivated with excellent client service and communication skills. This a full time position with the option to grow within the clinic. 

COMPENSATION: 

Candidate will be compensated hourly based on work experience with commission. Health insurance, 401K and profit sharing is available to qualified and invested partners. 

HOURS: 

Mondays half days for administration duties from 9:00-1:00 Clinical hours are Tuesday through Friday from 8:00- 5:30. Hours are subject to change as we grow. 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Efficient appointment scheduling and balancing daily schedule

Managing Phone and emails in a quick paced environment

Customer service and client retention

Greeting and preparing patients for treatment 

Detailed knowledge of menu and services

Effectively communicate products, sales and service options with clients

Close out sales for our clients after their treatment

Uphold clinic cleanliness standards 

Execute the daily operational tasks assigned by management

Manage supply inventory and order supplies when needed

Communicating the changing schedule and operational needs with teammates

QUALIFICATIONS:

2–4 years of administrative and reception experience (preferably in the esthetics industry)

Impeccable customer service skills, like people and posses a “we can help you with” that attitude

Strong communication skills both written and oral

Capable of working flexible hours including one night a week and some Saturdays

Fast learner, with a positive attitude who can remain calm in a fast paced environment

Self–motivated with the ability to problem solve with minimal supervision

Solid computer skills, experience with Macintosh OS a plus

Critical thinking skills including conflict resolution

Organizational and prioritizing ability with high attention to detail

Ability to multi-task
