Rejuvenate your eyes and refresh your look with a Vampire tear trough treatment, Versa in the cheeks and Thread Lifting.

For amazing tear trough treatments we mix PRP (Platlete Rich Plasma) 50/50 with Restylane. This makes the filler go in much smoother and helps to actively promote your bodies healing cascade making it heal quickly and build collagen. Since the tear troughs are a very delicate area this is especially important. While there is still a possibility of bruising we see faster healing time when it does happen.

For most patients we recommend a combination of treatments to get to the best results.

In this case we did a Vampire Tear Trough treatment with 1 syringe of Restylane to correct the under eyes, 1 Versa dermal filler for the medial cheeks to do slight upper face lifting  and 2, 19 gauge 4” barb 4 style threads to help lift the lower face. Treating the full face gives very natural looking results and is always a people pleaser.

If you are interested in learning more about any of these treatments visit us at www.wellmedicalarts.com or call 206-935-5689 to schedule your first treatment.

VAMPIRE TEAR TROUGH VIDEO TRANSCRIPT

0:00:00.080,0:00:04.480
hey dominique well from well medical

0:00:02.240,0:00:05.279
hearts and boy here we are still in our

0:00:04.480,0:00:07.359
shields

0:00:05.279,0:00:08.960
but getting to have some fun at work so

0:00:07.359,0:00:10.320
i wanted to show you something cool that

0:00:08.960,0:00:12.480
i get to do today

0:00:10.320,0:00:13.440
we’re doing to your troughs and it’s a

0:00:12.480,0:00:16.640
combination

0:00:13.440,0:00:19.039
of using restylane mixed with prp so i’m

0:00:16.640,0:00:20.960
doing about a 50 50 blend

0:00:19.039,0:00:23.680
and what that does is it makes the

0:00:20.960,0:00:25.439
restylane really nice and smooth so it

0:00:23.680,0:00:27.119
lays down like glass

0:00:25.439,0:00:29.039
of course we’re laying it down nice and

0:00:27.119,0:00:29.840
deep so you don’t see the filler that

0:00:29.039,0:00:31.840
the patient’s

0:00:29.840,0:00:33.120
own tissue just kind of comes up and

0:00:31.840,0:00:35.200
we’re using the prp

0:00:33.120,0:00:36.480
so that it goes in and does tissue

0:00:35.200,0:00:39.040
rejuvenation

0:00:36.480,0:00:39.600
and heals beautifully as well then we’re

0:00:39.040,0:00:42.640
going to go

0:00:39.600,0:00:43.440
in and do just a little bit to the

0:00:42.640,0:00:46.640
cheeks

0:00:43.440,0:00:49.840
and possibly some threads i’ve gone in

0:00:46.640,0:00:51.760
she’s been cleaned she’s arnica and

0:00:49.840,0:00:53.680
these little spots where i’m going in

0:00:51.760,0:00:55.360
of course with the cannula have been

0:00:53.680,0:00:57.840
lidocaine so let’s test

0:00:55.360,0:00:59.199
to make sure one need to book tiny poke

0:00:57.840,0:01:02.960
can you feel that no

0:00:59.199,0:01:02.960
all right a little

0:01:08.880,0:01:12.080
it also helps that my patient is a nurse

0:01:11.439,0:01:16.000
and she has

0:01:12.080,0:01:20.560
experience with prp and so she

0:01:16.000,0:01:22.640
knows the wonders of the stem cells and

0:01:20.560,0:01:25.119
the growth factors

0:01:22.640,0:01:26.960
and how it can do tissue rejuvenation

0:01:25.119,0:01:29.119
now i like to put my finger here so i

0:01:26.960,0:01:30.560
can feel the placement is exactly where

0:01:29.119,0:01:32.720
i want it

0:01:30.560,0:01:33.840
and then i can feel it as it’s laying

0:01:32.720,0:01:36.079
down and you can too

0:01:33.840,0:01:38.159
i can see the little eye pattern going

0:01:36.079,0:01:41.840
on

0:01:38.159,0:01:44.159
there we go small amounts

0:01:41.840,0:01:46.720
even though it’s mixed with the prp i’m

0:01:44.159,0:01:47.759
still taking the same kind of meticulous

0:01:46.720,0:01:51.040
care

0:01:47.759,0:01:54.799
that i do with the filler to lay down

0:01:51.040,0:01:59.119
little threads of it small amounts

0:01:54.799,0:01:59.119
deep and that way you don’t see

0:01:59.200,0:02:03.040
the filler which is what we want

0:02:05.040,0:02:08.800
and less is more when it comes to the

0:02:07.920,0:02:11.440
tear trough

0:02:08.800,0:02:12.640
area and actually i’m not just doing her

0:02:11.440,0:02:15.440
tear trough

0:02:12.640,0:02:15.920
i’m doing the entire orbit so i’m laying

0:02:15.440,0:02:18.560
down

0:02:15.920,0:02:23.680
little little threads of it all along

0:02:18.560,0:02:27.360
the orbit here

0:02:23.680,0:02:27.360
there we go awesome

0:02:27.920,0:02:37.840
and then go back get that lateral

0:02:31.040,0:02:37.840
orbit good job

0:02:39.920,0:02:43.120
a little bit more

0:02:46.879,0:02:51.840
fantastic and let me feel look up

0:02:48.640,0:02:51.840
towards the ceiling for me

0:02:53.760,0:02:58.480
there we go just a little bit more right

0:02:56.160,0:02:58.480
there

0:03:01.599,0:03:05.840
good job

0:03:08.640,0:03:19.840
oh so delicate work little bits little

0:03:12.159,0:03:19.840
bits little bits

0:03:20.239,0:03:23.840
and then of course the test it looks

0:03:22.319,0:03:25.840
good one way

0:03:23.840,0:03:26.959
but then when you go in and feel is your

0:03:25.840,0:03:30.159
real test

0:03:26.959,0:03:33.840
and doing it with that prp spreads it

0:03:30.159,0:03:33.840
out nicely

0:03:34.879,0:03:42.080
turn towards me wow looks great

0:03:38.879,0:03:44.319
yay okay now i want to go in and i’m

0:03:42.080,0:03:47.840
going to draw on you

0:03:44.319,0:03:50.879
and your right cheek

0:03:47.840,0:03:54.000
does have just a little bit

0:03:50.879,0:03:56.239
more volume loss than

0:03:54.000,0:03:57.840
your left cheek i’m going to go ahead

0:03:56.239,0:03:59.840
and thumbs up

0:03:57.840,0:04:01.760
i want to start over here on the right

0:03:59.840,0:04:03.120
with the side that has more volume loss

0:04:01.760,0:04:06.480
if you wouldn’t mind holding that up

0:04:03.120,0:04:15.840
there for me good job get that cheek

0:04:06.480,0:04:15.840
nice and cold

0:04:21.280,0:04:25.520
okay and we’re using the ice not for

0:04:23.199,0:04:26.720
pain management but as a vasoconstrictor

0:04:25.520,0:04:30.080
so she has decreased

0:04:26.720,0:04:31.759
chance of bleeding and bruising

0:04:30.080,0:04:33.680
all right that’s probably good babe okay

0:04:31.759,0:04:36.479
yep good job now

0:04:33.680,0:04:38.240
close your eyes gently turn towards me

0:04:36.479,0:04:42.080
first you feel my hand

0:04:38.240,0:04:47.280
and then take a breath in and exhale

0:04:42.080,0:04:47.280
tiny poke there we go

0:04:47.520,0:04:50.000
awesome

0:04:53.840,0:04:57.840
so we want to always keep the cheek a

0:04:56.720,0:05:00.320
little bit

0:04:57.840,0:05:01.280
higher than the tear trough to keep

0:05:00.320,0:05:04.720
those proper

0:05:01.280,0:05:04.720
proportions in place

0:05:06.639,0:05:13.199
beautiful perfect breath in and

0:05:10.479,0:05:13.199
exhale

0:05:20.639,0:05:25.840
perfect looking good

0:05:26.800,0:05:34.720
breath in and exhale

0:05:30.560,0:05:34.720
tiny bulk good job

0:05:35.120,0:05:40.560
well done so you guys know tap that

0:05:38.400,0:05:42.320
periosteum

0:05:40.560,0:05:44.960
we’re laying it right on the bone like

0:05:42.320,0:05:44.960
we want to

0:05:46.479,0:05:51.360
keep that filler in that safe zone

0:05:51.520,0:05:55.680
and where we don’t see any of it

0:06:02.880,0:06:10.720
so pretty rough in

0:06:06.720,0:06:10.720
and exhale

0:06:18.840,0:06:21.840
beautiful

0:06:32.560,0:06:35.840
almost there looks great

0:06:38.160,0:06:44.720
and then breath in and exhale good job

0:06:42.080,0:06:49.840
with your breathing

0:06:44.720,0:06:49.840
yay looking good

0:06:53.280,0:06:56.400
nice and slow

0:06:59.599,0:07:03.840
we love it

0:07:04.080,0:07:08.000
okay go ahead and take a peek at the

0:07:05.680,0:07:08.880
tear trough this is doing the tear chops

0:07:08.000,0:07:11.440
and the cheeks

0:07:08.880,0:07:12.240
yeah it looks great doesn’t it yeah

0:07:11.440,0:07:13.599
great

0:07:12.240,0:07:15.759
and i think that you’re going to be a

0:07:13.599,0:07:17.440
really good healer usually the tear

0:07:15.759,0:07:19.039
troughs can be difficult to yeah

0:07:17.440,0:07:20.800
from its delicate tissue they can’t

0:07:19.039,0:07:22.400
swell they can’t wait you did not

0:07:20.800,0:07:24.080
need you’re not having a lot of swelling

0:07:22.400,0:07:25.840
i think that’s going to be an easy one

0:07:24.080,0:07:27.599
yeah and then just a couple of dots here

0:07:25.840,0:07:28.960
not home not much to write home about i

0:07:27.599,0:07:30.960
think you’re going to be a great healer

0:07:28.960,0:07:33.039
yeah perfect and we wear our mask

0:07:30.960,0:07:35.280
all the time so no one will even see

0:07:33.039,0:07:37.280
right the perfect time to get stuff

0:07:35.280,0:07:38.400
done now the next thing i want to say is

0:07:37.280,0:07:40.160
relax the face

0:07:38.400,0:07:42.880
look at the eye tissue look so

0:07:40.160,0:07:44.879
rejuvenated yeah the cheeks gave us

0:07:42.880,0:07:47.520
nice lift i don’t think we’re gonna need

0:07:44.879,0:07:49.919
a thread to lift the nasolabial fold

0:07:47.520,0:07:51.840
right but we still have a little bit

0:07:49.919,0:07:52.639
down here the question is whether this

0:07:51.840,0:07:54.080
bothers you

0:07:52.639,0:07:55.919
you still feel like you want to go in

0:07:54.080,0:07:59.840
and get a thread to lift it or not

0:07:55.919,0:08:01.599
i think yes all right let’s get it

0:07:59.840,0:08:03.360
okay so we did the tear troughs in the

0:08:01.599,0:08:05.919
cheeks now we’re going to go in

0:08:03.360,0:08:08.000
and do the threads threads in general

0:08:05.919,0:08:09.840
most people say are pretty easy to do

0:08:08.000,0:08:10.800
and they’re super happy with the results

0:08:09.840,0:08:13.360
that they get

0:08:10.800,0:08:14.560
for the money the down time the pain now

0:08:13.360,0:08:16.800
let’s talk about it

0:08:14.560,0:08:18.400
i’m gonna put a little bit of lidocaine

0:08:16.800,0:08:20.479
right at the injection site and then i’m

0:08:18.400,0:08:23.120
gonna use my cannula to bring

0:08:20.479,0:08:25.280
the lido down as far as the cannula will

0:08:23.120,0:08:28.639
go which is about down here

0:08:25.280,0:08:30.639
then you won’t be lidocained right down

0:08:28.639,0:08:33.279
this area and that’s where i want to get

0:08:30.639,0:08:33.680
the cannula past to be able to grab onto

0:08:33.279,0:08:36.240
it

0:08:33.680,0:08:37.360
for lifting so you’ll feel a little bit

0:08:36.240,0:08:40.080
of it down here

0:08:37.360,0:08:41.440
usually it’s not more than about one or

0:08:40.080,0:08:44.159
two breaths

0:08:41.440,0:08:44.480
it i attach it pretty quick and pull it

0:08:44.159,0:08:46.399
out

0:08:44.480,0:08:49.120
so the whole thing is really quick there

0:08:46.399,0:08:55.839
only be a small area that’s sensitive

0:08:49.120,0:08:55.839
okay perfect okay so i’m gonna go in

0:08:58.800,0:09:03.440
it can feel just a little bit tuggy in

0:09:01.120,0:09:06.080
the very beginning

0:09:03.440,0:09:07.760
as we get it into the right flank now

0:09:06.080,0:09:10.640
when you’re in the right plane

0:09:07.760,0:09:11.200
it will feel pretty nice and smooth you

0:09:10.640,0:09:14.480
can feel

0:09:11.200,0:09:17.519
just a little bit you’re probably still

0:09:14.480,0:09:18.480
numb there and then good job you’re

0:09:17.519,0:09:20.399
doing great

0:09:18.480,0:09:22.640
and now this area you’re probably not

0:09:20.399,0:09:23.040
enough so just take a couple of breaths

0:09:22.640,0:09:26.480
i’m

0:09:23.040,0:09:28.640
almost where i need to be three three

0:09:26.480,0:09:30.320
breathe

0:09:28.640,0:09:32.080
it’s giving me just a little bit of

0:09:30.320,0:09:32.800
resistance let’s see that tiny bit of

0:09:32.080,0:09:35.200
pulling

0:09:32.800,0:09:36.080
so i’m gonna back out make sure that i’m

0:09:35.200,0:09:38.800
on the right plane

0:09:36.080,0:09:39.839
good and it went nice and smooth almost

0:09:38.800,0:09:41.839
there

0:09:39.839,0:09:43.680
she’s wiggling her toes on me which

0:09:41.839,0:09:51.839
means she’s a little bit tender

0:09:43.680,0:09:51.839
there we go i’m gonna attach this on

0:09:52.399,0:09:59.040
and then pull it out and you can

0:09:55.519,0:10:01.920
see as it pulls out it lifts

0:09:59.040,0:10:02.839
and then i want to show you look at that

0:10:01.920,0:10:07.040
amazing

0:10:02.839,0:10:10.560
lift isn’t that beautiful

0:10:07.040,0:10:11.760
and then we go in and really make sure

0:10:10.560,0:10:13.839
that it’s attached

0:10:11.760,0:10:15.440
beautifully sometimes you can hear it

0:10:13.839,0:10:16.880
click when i do that

0:10:15.440,0:10:18.959
didn’t hear it or feel it it was all

0:10:16.880,0:10:20.640
attached and clicked well the first time

0:10:18.959,0:10:22.560
around

0:10:20.640,0:10:24.480
and then i want to have you turn towards

0:10:22.560,0:10:27.920
me and smile

0:10:24.480,0:10:30.320
perfect that’s perfect how was that

0:10:27.920,0:10:32.240
fine no worries not too bad you felt a

0:10:30.320,0:10:32.560
little bit of a downhill yeah i mean

0:10:32.240,0:10:34.800
it’s

0:10:32.560,0:10:36.480
a little pressure but nothing no i just

0:10:34.800,0:10:37.680
want to point something else out

0:10:36.480,0:10:40.640
do you mind looking at the string

0:10:37.680,0:10:42.560
sticking out no okay go ahead

0:10:40.640,0:10:44.160
see how you smile and take a look at

0:10:42.560,0:10:45.600
this so you have just a little bit of

0:10:44.160,0:10:48.640
fine lines right there

0:10:45.600,0:10:51.440
we can also use this really

0:10:48.640,0:10:52.399
thin threads like dun dun dun dun dun

0:10:51.440,0:10:54.240
dun dun

0:10:52.399,0:10:55.680
and that takes care of the texture

0:10:54.240,0:10:56.959
superficially

0:10:55.680,0:10:58.720
other thing would be a fractional

0:10:56.959,0:11:01.920
resurfacing laser right

0:10:58.720,0:11:01.920
all right let’s do the other one

0:11:05.680,0:11:10.240
like i said before the very insertion

0:11:08.399,0:11:14.560
point

0:11:10.240,0:11:17.839
i use a 18 gauge

0:11:14.560,0:11:19.360
to make my portal

0:11:17.839,0:11:21.360
my nurse friend here knows what that

0:11:19.360,0:11:24.720
means she’s like really

0:11:21.360,0:11:26.720
it’s not racist yes

0:11:24.720,0:11:28.399
and so this is the only part that’s a

0:11:26.720,0:11:31.920
little bit strange

0:11:28.399,0:11:33.920
is kind of like all right make sure that

0:11:31.920,0:11:43.839
it’s big sometimes you can flick the

0:11:33.920,0:11:43.839
hole to make it a little bit bigger

0:11:48.800,0:11:56.160
trouble with madison sometimes it bleeds

0:11:50.959,0:12:01.440
a little drop

0:11:56.160,0:12:01.440
there we go got it here we go baby

0:12:08.839,0:12:13.680
perfect

0:12:10.959,0:12:13.680
almost

0:12:14.399,0:12:18.880
same thing just about there

0:12:21.680,0:12:25.200
hang in there yep that’s the area that’s

0:12:24.079,0:12:28.399
tender so we get

0:12:25.200,0:12:33.600
right down here i’m going to attach it

0:12:28.399,0:12:33.600
you’re almost done and attach it

0:12:33.760,0:12:37.200
looking really good

0:12:37.519,0:12:44.399
and you can see that left

0:12:41.279,0:12:44.399
a little bit

0:12:45.440,0:12:49.440
yay you made it how was that side oh

0:12:48.240,0:12:50.959
it’s no problem

0:12:49.440,0:12:53.839
wasn’t a little tougher than the other

0:12:50.959,0:12:56.560
side um for only a brief

0:12:53.839,0:12:57.040
moment yeah it was getting it in at the

0:12:56.560,0:12:58.480
tab

0:12:57.040,0:13:00.800
i had to poke it a second time and it

0:12:58.480,0:13:02.160
bled a little bit but okay lastly we’re

0:13:00.800,0:13:04.639
going to check symmetry so

0:13:02.160,0:13:06.480
looking straight on at me and then if

0:13:04.639,0:13:08.399
you want to look at right behind me

0:13:06.480,0:13:09.680
so we’re looking that we’ve got the same

0:13:08.399,0:13:11.279
amount of lift here

0:13:09.680,0:13:13.600
and then it looks symmetrical through

0:13:11.279,0:13:15.360
here and all i’m really noticing is just

0:13:13.600,0:13:16.639
a little bit of swelling from lido

0:13:15.360,0:13:17.600
actually more on this side that side’s

0:13:16.639,0:13:19.760
already gone down

0:13:17.600,0:13:20.720
and you can pull on the threads and you

0:13:19.760,0:13:23.519
can see

0:13:20.720,0:13:24.560
the amazing lift both sides are lifting

0:13:23.519,0:13:26.240
perfectly

0:13:24.560,0:13:27.760
and they look symmetrical it looks

0:13:26.240,0:13:28.240
really good so let’s cut the threads

0:13:27.760,0:13:30.720
down

0:13:28.240,0:13:31.440
all right cutting the threads is really

0:13:30.720,0:13:34.000
easy

0:13:31.440,0:13:36.000
go ahead and lean back and relax what

0:13:34.000,0:13:37.040
you want to do gently turn this way so

0:13:36.000,0:13:40.399
we can see

0:13:37.040,0:13:42.399
is pull back on the thread push down

0:13:40.399,0:13:43.600
sometimes you can hear it click did you

0:13:42.399,0:13:46.880
see how it went down

0:13:43.600,0:13:49.839
and then cut and then pull the skin

0:13:46.880,0:13:50.560
up over the thread and that way you

0:13:49.839,0:13:53.279
won’t have

0:13:50.560,0:13:54.079
any problems with seeing or feeling a

0:13:53.279,0:13:56.160
thread

0:13:54.079,0:13:58.000
by cutting it down low all right let’s

0:13:56.160,0:14:03.839
get the other side

0:13:58.000,0:14:03.839
go around same thing

0:14:05.519,0:14:10.079
i’m gonna go ahead pull on the thread

0:14:08.000,0:14:14.000
push down against the skin

0:14:10.079,0:14:17.120
get it to click a little there it is cut

0:14:14.000,0:14:19.760
and then pull it up and over and great i

0:14:17.120,0:14:21.920
can’t feel it

0:14:19.760,0:14:23.199
yay let’s get you cleaned up and i’m

0:14:21.920,0:14:26.800
good

0:14:23.199,0:14:28.800
yay okay so i want to check my work

0:14:26.800,0:14:30.639
at the end and i like to use a little

0:14:28.800,0:14:31.440
topical article this is actually an

0:14:30.639,0:14:34.639
ointment

0:14:31.440,0:14:35.760
and i feel my tear trough perfect nice

0:14:34.639,0:14:39.680
and smooth

0:14:35.760,0:14:42.240
and then i feel my filler at this point

0:14:39.680,0:14:44.399
yes i can feel my filler but i remember

0:14:42.240,0:14:46.240
what it felt like before i also i’m

0:14:44.399,0:14:48.240
feeling just a little bit of tissue

0:14:46.240,0:14:51.760
trauma from the pokes

0:14:48.240,0:14:54.560
wipe those little dots off and make sure

0:14:51.760,0:14:56.399
that the filler feels nice and smooth

0:14:54.560,0:14:59.839
yay

0:14:56.399,0:14:59.839
and then

0:15:03.440,0:15:07.120
sometimes when i go to sweep up this way

0:15:05.920,0:15:09.600
you can feel that

0:15:07.120,0:15:11.120
thread click into place and don’t be

0:15:09.600,0:15:12.160
surprised if you’re washing your face

0:15:11.120,0:15:15.440
when you do wash

0:15:12.160,0:15:18.639
up like this you might hear or

0:15:15.440,0:15:19.279
feel the thread sort of click click

0:15:18.639,0:15:22.399
click

0:15:19.279,0:15:25.440
those little cogs or barbs

0:15:22.399,0:15:26.720
um you can feel them catching

0:15:25.440,0:15:28.880
and there’s nothing wrong with that

0:15:26.720,0:15:31.680
that’s perfectly fine i feel mine doing

0:15:28.880,0:15:31.680
that sometimes

0:15:33.519,0:15:37.199
all right so let’s take a look

0:15:37.279,0:15:41.600
oh it looks so good there’s actually a

0:15:40.000,0:15:43.519
little bit of swelling right here

0:15:41.600,0:15:45.120
yeah i don’t know and that will go down

0:15:43.519,0:15:46.639
okay a little bit of swelling at the

0:15:45.120,0:15:48.959
injection site

0:15:46.639,0:15:50.800
and i believe that your left cheek is a

0:15:48.959,0:15:52.480
little bit more swollen than your right

0:15:50.800,0:15:54.160
but all that will go down would give you

0:15:52.480,0:15:57.600
that oral arnica

0:15:54.160,0:15:58.560
and the warm compress those are going to

0:15:57.600,0:16:00.480
be your tools

0:15:58.560,0:16:02.160
for swelling how do you feel about the

0:16:00.480,0:16:04.399
amount of lift that you got

0:16:02.160,0:16:05.279
it looks really good aren’t those

0:16:04.399,0:16:08.560
friends amazing

0:16:05.279,0:16:10.480
yeah it’s just one that’s kind of crazy

0:16:08.560,0:16:11.839
and i love the tear troughs and cheeks

0:16:10.480,0:16:12.959
are just making those beautiful blue

0:16:11.839,0:16:16.079
eyes and yours pop

0:16:12.959,0:16:23.839
looks so good yeah it looks great

0:16:16.079,0:16:23.839
i love it perfect thank you so much

0:16:25.759,0:16:27.839
you
