COVID-19 Protocols

Please have patience with us as we have 10 weeks of patients that will need to be rescheduled and many new protocols to follow.

How we will be rescheduling
We will be calling patients in order of which they were cancelled day by day. Please be patient as we have not been open since March 19th. Please return calls promptly to get first chance at available spots. As we will be implementing a staggered appointment approach we request you arrive on time and prepared for your appointment. Our online scheduling system will be turned off until we have rescheduled all who were affected by cancellations.

Schedule your appointment appropriately
In the interest of time and to decrease in clinic exposure we need to stay focused on your scheduled treatment. If you would like to add in additional treatments please let us know when booking so that we may schedule appropriately. To minimize any potential exposure we ask that you not bring guests with you to your appointment.

Complete your intake and consents prior to arrival
We require all new patients to complete the entire intake process prior to your first visit. Please ensure all patient portal information and consents have been completed prior to your arrival. Established patients we will send you a link to Patient Now to accept a new Covid-19 consent. Please call if you need any assistance.

The West Seattle Bridge Closure
With the West Seattle Bridge closure in effect please plan ahead for alternative routes. If you are coming from outside of West Seattle we recommend arriving through white center utilizing the Olson Place / Myers Way exit from highway 509 and coming up S.W. Roxbury Street.

Required on time checkin for all patients
To follow social distancing guidelines we have implemented a staggered appointment model.  Please be on time to your appointment, unfortunately we will need to turn you away if you arrive late.

Arrival at Well Medical Arts
Upon arrival for your appointment please wait in you car and call the clinic at 206-935-5689 to let us know you have arrived.  We will then call you when it is time for you to come in.

Personal Protective Equipment – PPE
For your safety we will  conduct a temperature check upon arrival, please wear a mask to your appointment. Anyone showing symptoms of a fever will be requested to reschedule for at least 2 weeks in the future.
All team members at Well Medical Arts will be screened daily and wear PPE while at work.

Touch free payments
Please make sure we have the credit card you would like to be billed to on file ahead of time.  For our estheticians, gratuities are always appreciated, just let us know if you would like to leave a gratuity.

Please have your Brilliant Distinctions points activated prior to your appointment. https://www.brilliantdistinctionsprogram.com/.  We recommend the Brilliant Distinctions Mobile App as an easier alternative to the web login.
